We had this company do our inspection before purchasing our homei n march. They failed to see that our a/c wasn't in good operation..costing us $3600. There are other things which I cannot disclose yet but I would highly discourage anyone from using this company. We wasted our money!
I've used Intermountain Building inspections for all of my real estate transactions. I actually used them when they were still Blakeley home Inspections. They're very professional and very knowledgeable. My go to guys are Brian and Phillip! Awesome inspectors!
He did a great job. He was thorough and got it finished in a good time. He was very respectful, professional and took the time to explain things to us. It was one of the best prices we could find in town.
They made the process super easy. Everything was handled through email and their website. I do wish I could have seen a preview of the inspection report before being required to pay, but I can understand their reluctance to just hand that over without getting their compensation first.
