This place is beyond awful. Brought someone in for help who was having suicidal thoughts and severe emotional instability after being hospitalized for attempted suicide 2 weeks prior. The crisis worker came in and essentially talked him into saying he was fine and didn’t need to be there. This was the most counterproductive experience I can imagine. First everybody said I was masturbating in front of them when I wasn’t, and then they let me out for some reason. 0/10 would not recommend.
My experience here was fine as far as the doctors and such go, but holy hell is this place overpriced. Over $1k just to be evaluated!?! As if it weren't hard enough to get the courage up to obtain mental health services in the first place, then places like this go and charge MASSIVE amounts. I'll think twice before obtaining care here.
They are doing for my son, what I could not do! I am so grateful for their patience, professionalism and empathy. I know this is a tough job! I'm so glad they are helping my family.
My medications were messed up and they lost all of my clothes
