Not happy with the latest battery I purchased from them or the disrespect from the manager on the phone. May 2024, I took my work truck in for a new battery, and they sold me a reconditioned battery. I've been buying batteries from them since the 1980's and this is the first time this has ever happened. I called to talk to the manager about this, and he said they always give the option and told me if I paid under $100 it was obviously not a new battery, like I'm supposed to know.
