Not happy with the latest battery I purchased from them or the disrespect from the manager on the phone. May 2024, I took my work truck in for a new battery, and they sold me a reconditioned battery. I've been buying batteries from them since the 1980's and this is the first time this has ever happened. I called to talk to the manager about this, and he said they always give the option and told me if I paid under $100 it was obviously not a new battery, like I'm supposed to know. I have gone to Intermountain Battery for years, and I went there again today to replace a dead battery. They are the best. I pull in, they check the battery, tell me my options, replace the battery, and I'm on my way. Reasonable prices and instantaneous service. It doesn't get any better.
