BEWARE SUB-CONTRACTORS, we were contracted by intermodal Facility to diamond polish a concrete floor at a retail renovation in Houston. We received a partial payment for the work we completed and in the following months we received promises about how the payment would be made very soon, until the day came that they would not even answer our messages or return our calls and e-mails. Unfortunately we had to file a lien on the property but to this date still have not received the rest of our money.
With the Leadership at Intermodal Facility & Maintenance supporting our Sea Scout Ship there would be youth not able to attend activities. What a professional Company with which is actively supportive of the Baytown Community. Our Sea Scouts learn valuable life lessons participating in this fundraising activity, i.e. work ethic, productivity value, working safely with others, teamwork and much more is gained than just money.
