Buyer beware, they have locked us into a contract, knowing that have an inferior product which we can't and haven't used since inception of the contract 2014, yet we are still paying over $300/month.
Portal doesn't work, they sent the claim to the wrong address, so it was rejected, and no one at intermedix decided to follow up to find out the right address. I submitted it, myself, several times on their portal, and it didn't change. I called in, and sat on hold for 2 1/2 hours without ever speaking to someone. Called again later, the woman had me muted and hung up. When I asked Kaiser about the bill, address, and the bill sent to me, they said that Ambulance billing never works like that.
