I called to make an appointment as a new patient (I had a blood test with a different provider who I asked I follow up with a gynecologist and Dr. Lavoie was recommended by my PCP) and I waited on hold for 10 minutes only to have the person tell me that everyone who can schedule an appointment is on vacation for at least the next week. I asked if someone else might be able to help and the only option was to leave a message for when the schedulers return. I just want to say, if you are looking for an amazing and very supportive provider for your women’s health needs I highly recommend Dr. Kaitlyn McCune at Intermed. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me and giving many options. She is a provider that is very passionate about her specialty and her priority is to make you very comfortable. She is the best provider I’ve seen for anything women’s health related. 🩷🤍
I did not receive the accommodations I needed, which the doctor assured me I would have, to complete my appointments- twice in a row. I am now being billed for care I did not receive, and they refuse to return my calls to discuss the bill. ***Update: I have been informed via the patient portal that this bill has been waived, which I appreciate. However, I would not ever feel comfortable returning to this office as a patient.
