Exceptional service. I wasn't existing patient with one of their doctors and I had tested positive for COVID and called urgent Care. Within an hour they had called in a prescription for paxlovid for me. A few weeks later after recovering from COVID I came down with bronchitis. I called them again, the nurse consulted with the doctor on call and they called in another prescription for me for coughing. Very convenient and very professional.
I am always happy with the quality care that I receive at Intermed. Whether I’m headed to Urgent Care, OBGYN, or Family Medicine, I know that their teams are always there to provide me and my family with excellent, compassionate service.
I was seen by Dr. Todd and a nurse, Kathleen, and they were super nice and thoughtful. I didn’t feel rushed and got my questions answered. Made my appt that same day and picked up medications at my pharmacy that evening. Thank you!
I waited 4 hours + for a promised callback from an RN after they discussed with the oncall DR my request for a lab test, based on my medical history. I had my phone next to me, waiting, I finally called them and they said we sent you a notice on the portal, then had the gall to ask me why I didnt call the specialist (lol, on a weekend when they aren't open) or I could wait for my PCP on Monday. poor service, at least it's not life threatening.
