I use Intermed for Primary Care but will never use this service again. Was told I just had allergies when I knew it was a sinus infection because it is a pattern, I even questioned the visit summary and the doctor came back with the same care instructions I had already indicated I was using and were not working. Here we are 2 days later and I am at another urgent care because I couldn't wait for a visit with my PCP at intermed and I have a sinus infection and an ear infection. Exceptional service. I wasn't existing patient with one of their doctors and I had tested positive for COVID and called urgent Care. Within an hour they had called in a prescription for paxlovid for me. A few weeks later after recovering from COVID I came down with bronchitis. I called them again, the nurse consulted with the doctor on call and they called in another prescription for me for coughing. Very convenient and very professional.
I am always happy with the quality care that I receive at Intermed. Whether I’m headed to Urgent Care, OBGYN, or Family Medicine, I know that their teams are always there to provide me and my family with excellent, compassionate service.
I was seen by Dr. Todd and a nurse, Kathleen, and they were super nice and thoughtful. I didn’t feel rushed and got my questions answered. Made my appt that same day and picked up medications at my pharmacy that evening. Thank you!
