We absolutely love our doctor and followed her to this practice. It’s been about a year now and we are very happy with their communication, ability to schedule, and accommodations to see our family of 4 kids!
I want to preface this review by saying this is strictly a review of Intermed Lactation Services, NOT Intermed Pediatrics. In April of 2024 I gave birth to a baby via emergency c-section. Breastfeeding did not come easy for us, so I made an appointment with Lactation Services. The initial appointment was ok - I received some guidance on what I could try. We have been so fortunate to have Dr Larmon as our daughter’s pediatrician. Cannot say enough good things about him and his team. Always feel so comfortable asking questions, every appointment has been a positive experience.
My boys have been going to Intermed peds for 2 years now, and we have had nothing but great experiences there. My guys are teens, but have had their share of medical issues and all have been dealt with quickly and everyone has been caring and genuinely nice.
Since COVID, service has fallen immensely. Doctors seem apathetic to concerns I bring up when my child visits. And that is if we can even be seen! The number of times I have called for a sick visit, and they tell me to go to Urgent Care because they have no space is infuriating. Why have a PCP?
