I recently moved to the area and visited the office to speak with the staff about new patients. The front office staff informed me they were taking on new patients, for both male and female physicians, that they could absolutely be our primary care, and that all I needed to do was arrange through their new patient line. Leaving us a long voicemail threatening to send out someone for a welfare check after YOU called to cancel/reschedule routine appointments THREE times. Not once, not twice, but THREE because Dr. Swandal had something come up. We have been struggling with our son's constipation and tummy issues, and have received zero support since he was mere months old.
