Waited for over a year and a half for them to cancel my appointment. Absolutely terrible, if you care about your health go anywhere else

My interaction last week with Rachel Hannon was absolutely atrocious, I have never been spoken down to so rudely before by anyone, we will never be going back here and I recommend you stay far away.
I have been dealing with a chronic illness for the last 4 years. My doctor at the time did not have the expertise or experience to treat me-I was put on steroids for months then pressured heavily to go on an antidepressant as they did not think there was anything physically wrong with me. I declined and asked for a new doctor who will actually treat my symptoms.
