I have been seeing Dr. Loiselle since he first started practicing, that is many years ago. Dr. Loiselle is by far the best physician I have seen in my 79 years. I have had NO issues with Intermed staff at all. My friends and family go to Intermed and have had no issues. I am puzzled by the negative comments.
This pertains to Family Medicine in Foden Road. (Pediatrics has been amazing, no administrative issues there.) The medical care at Family Medicine has been fine but they are so short staffed administratively that they cannot provide care. I requested a refill on a prescription two weeks ago, that I've been on for years. They sent refill to pharmacy but they didn't tell me that the pharmacy informed them it needed a prior authorization. Very frustrating experience with communication. I’ve called and messaged multiple times over the past week regarding my 12-year-old’s ADHD medication refill and received no response. Because of this delay, my child has now missed school. I understand these medications require monitoring, but a complete lack of communication for this long is unacceptable—especially when it directly affects a child’s ability to attend school. The providers may be good, but access to care and responsiveness need serious improvement.
