Edit: even if the hospital management are the way they are, the staff were absolutely wonderful. I can't say enough about how well they took care of me. Very thankful! You've got to love hospitals and how they care more about money than patients. Because the other person who was going to have a surgery on the 31st canceled, intermed canceled mine as well. Not financially beneficial for them. Now it will be the 7th. I am in so much pain and its difficult for my husband too since now he needs to change the times he needs to ta... read more

You've got to love hospitals and how they care more about money than patients. Because the other person who was going to have a surgery on the 31st canceled, intermed canceled mine as well. Not financially beneficial for them. Now it will be the 7th. I am in so much pain and its difficult for my husband too since now he needs to change the times he needs to take off. They made another office call me instead of bothering to do it themselves. I'm so frustrated and disappointed. Money is always the bottom line.

Went here to get a bunionectomy performed by Dr. Flanigan from Portland Foot & Ankle (HIGHLY RECOMMEND). The InterMed staff made me feel cozy and at home, and all of them were so nice. They've been calling me to check in on me post-op. I've talked to Cody the most, and he's awesome. I don't remember the rest of the staff's names, but the nurses and the anesthesiologist were great and reassuring. 10/10 would get cut open here again. Side note, when you're waiting to be taken back, their work gossip is very funny and personabl... read more

I recently had foot surgery as well. The center is very clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and communicative. Everyone seems to love what they do, which makes for a better experience for the patient. It was a "boutique" experience compared to some of the big hospitals.
