Doctors and Nurse Practitioners are very professional and great to deal with but the front desk personnal are not. They answer the phone with nothing but a 'hello'. A nice 'hello this is Intermed Assoc xxxx speaking how can I help you?', would be a lot more professional. If for not verifying that it is indeed Intermed Assoc you would think you accidently called a factory. They then proceed to take your call but it's obvious they have some where better to be and do.
