So took my Mother, 97, to her doctor appointment at Webster Medical Center. Drove around back and parked near the door. That area was shaded and all ice. No sand, ice melt nothing. I went to get my Mother with the walker. As she went to get out of my minivan, she slipped on the ice and was hanging half in half out of the car. I’ve had rotator cuff surgery, and have no strength in my right arm. I tried my best to get her back in the car, but she didn’t have the strength to get on the seat. Called numerous times to schedule an appointment for my parents the staff was very rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend
