I have been going to Dr. Guarneri for the past 25 years. He is an excellent Doctor. The people in the office have always been very nice to me.
I think these low reviews are personal issues and not a reflection of the staff here. From the moment you walk in, even if everyone is busy, they're always so kind and grateful for you being there. The receptionists are super kind and very welcoming! The doctors are all kind and always smiling. Dr. Kacprzak is an incredible doctor. Never come to this place. Lack of care and responsibility and knowledge put my dad in nursing home. Dr, Koptcha is the worst!!!
So took my Mother, 97, to her doctor appointment at Webster Medical Center. Drove around back and parked near the door. That area was shaded and all ice. No sand, ice melt nothing. I went to get my Mother with the walker. As she went to get out of my minivan, she slipped on the ice and was hanging half in half out of the car. I’ve had rotator cuff surgery, and have no strength in my right arm. I tried my best to get her back in the car, but she didn’t have the strength to get on the seat.
