I love this spa. But I had to cancel my appointment today due to a sudden illness, and while I understand the 24-hour cancellation policy, I felt a bit unsettled by how it was communicated. The mention that the cancellation would be noted on my file felt unnecessary, especially given the circumstances. I did not no show, I informed the receptionist about the situation and clearly felt bad. But I know I’d feel worse if I threw up during my facial because Shelly doesn’t deserve that. 90 minute massage today. 160 + tax. The massage was in a reconfigured shower room where I could hear constant noise coming from outside the door. It felt like a budget experience. Not what I expect for 200$. I go to the spa because I want a luxury experience and to feel pampered. This was not that.
