Couples massage. Great experience! Atmosphere and service were fantastic.
I was booked in for a haircut this evening at 6:15pm. I arrived at 6:10pm and was “checked in” by the receptionist who then told me to take a seat and the hairdresser (Olivia) was going to come get me. At 6:35pm I received a phone call from the same receptionist asking me where I was, and informed me that the hairdresser went home because I didn’t show up for my appointment even though I was sitting a few feet away from her. Wasn't able to push payment to the card I had used for reservation. Had to drive in just to pay for wife's massage. No parking at location
My head to toe reviver experience with Michele was a 10/10. She was very professional and did an amazing job. My pedicure with Hanah was not amazing. She was very quiet and seemed distant. When I got home and had a closer look at my toes I was less than impressed. The nails were cut way too short leaving my toes tender. Under the nails on my big toes were not cleaned.
