four stars?? please! don't think so! not even 1. always short staffed ...don't care about their fellow co-workers ..only out for themselves. Quick to terminate and care less about replacing! favoritism.. family members complaints constantly because of the short staff cares not being met on timely manner..when interlude I first started working at interlude it was a great place to be until all the good staff got either fired or left...let me not forget..I was forced to resign. I was there for almost a month recovering from hip surgery, and I can’t say enough about this special place! The staff, the love, and the caring and uplifting attitude was priceless! This place literally changed my life! Thank you everyone for all your love and care. I will miss you all!! Cheri D.
My dad was at Interlude for 60 days the care he got EVERYDAY was Amazing. The staff was incredible!! they are all so friendly. Highly recommend Interlude, My dad was happy there and i truly belive the way he was treated and the help he got was the reason he is home doing well today. thank you sooo much. our family is Very appreciative♡

Very disapppointed in care. My husband was at Interlude from 4-1 to 4-22-19. Six days had to stay in room because he got noravirus at the facility. He came home 4-22 and could barely get in the house , fell on 4-25 and is back in the hospital. They should not have sent him home so soon telling him he was good.
they got my husband up & moving after major surgery and the staff was great.However the housekeeping not so much..His toilet was not cleaned and he was emptying ostomy bags! I picked things up off his floor constantly..needle caps,,dressing wrappers etc.. Also when it was time to go home suddenly they needed to do more "training " on his ostomy and wound care...AFTER BEING THERE 10 DAYS!
