Took 5 hours to get it installed and when they were done only my bright lights worked on the front of my car. Called to about getting that fixed and the guy on the phone basically called me a dumbass for even assuming it could be their fault cause “he’s been doing it for 10 years”. Still better than intoxaloc I guess.
I have nothing but good things to say about John the tech, Brett and Brett’s boss Jonathan been with them for a year almost and every problem I’ve had or issue that occurred was took care of!
I was very nervous about doing this. I went to the SmartStart in Murphreesboro. The gentleman there named John, who installed mine was awesome. He was very kind very patient and tried very hard to make everything easy. I wish everyone who deal with daily was like John at SmartStart. I also had a problem the second day and I called the 24 hour number and the gentleman named Ken helped me. He was great too, very very kind.
