After discovering that a raccoon had literally chewed through our roof, we contacted Interlock Metal Roofing. Can’t say enough great things about Brad. Honest, hard working and knowledgeable. Our previous asphalt roof was not too old, but sadly, poor quality and workmanship is the reason why the raccoon chewed through it. We had our Interlock Metal Roof installed in 2011 and recently experienced some damage to the flashing. I called and spoke with Cheri, the Office and Service Department Administrator, who promptly scheduled Brad to assess the issue at the next available time. Despite one of the coldest winter days, Brad repaired the flashing efficiently and at no charge. Had a metal roof installed a couple of years ago and love it. Had some issues lately and Ken (service technician and great guy) came to see the problem. He checked the roof and found no issues there. He then asked if he could go into the attic to have a look. When in the attic he noticed a few things including some missing insulation over the area that was having the issue.
