The roof is great , but the customer service is horrible. I had the roof installed 15 years ago and had two issues. First issue was a hole in roof caused by improper install of snow guards. Took over 1.5 years to get fixed with me contacting Interlock over 20 times. Then they did a poor job of repairing the roof. I now have a shingle that is curled over, exposing the underlayment, from snow sliding down the roof. I have tried for four years to get Interlock to repair the problem. Worked with Interlock to install their aluminum roof. Also worked with them to resolve some cooling and drainage issues. Their roofer crew was the best, they took care of issues and took the time to do the best job possible. It’s not a cheap roof, but with a 50 year warranty, I’ll never have to re-roof again!!
