EDIT: I wrote this review in February 2022, not sure why it is showing as new. Just like all the other comments, Hans was terrible to (try to) work with. After sending him my application (with a lot of sensitive information) for his listing, he stated that he would send me the tenancy agreement. He never did that, and never communicated with me again.
