been there 3 times to get a used motor cycle , never a call back never info on it acted like i didnt matter , so i will go else where,not good at all
Very pleased with the service department. Had quick turn around and precise work done on a twisted up damaged KLR 650 Kawasaki motorcycle.
Sales staff is awesome we bought three bikes from there but the sad part is the service adviser is a snob and dumb ,and the fat ass so called mechanic does not know a fucking thing. Bottom lines is buy them there take them some where else for service.
Sales,service and parts are all the best It's definitely worth our drive of 180 miles to get great deals and service work. Can't beat Koch's commitment to their customers...in our case of moto,ranch quads and water craft.
