So far I have had a less than favorable experience. It must be that there aren't enough receptionists to handle incoming calls. I have called and called and tried and tried to have my messages responded to. But to connect with someone who could help me verify that my procedure has been approved by the all mighty insurance has yet to occur. I actually heard from my primary provider that insurance will now pay. Be that as it may I have not been able to confirm anything with Interlakes.
All the staff were very professional, kind and caring. I met with Philipp PA and Dr Baecher for an evaluation and consultation. Dr. Baecher educated me with detailed information on my diagnosis and answered my questions. Lexi, the office nurse and Receptionist were attentive and helpful. Am very grateful for their excellent care today
Editing to update: I was written off by Interlakes 2/3/25. Since then (its been 11 days), I've seen a new ortho, had 5 images of xrays, had an MRI ordered (AND APPROVED BY INSURANCE! - see below), and had the MRI conducted this evening. Already have a follow up scheduled with my new ortho to discuss results. ..... My review: Wasted my time going here after being referred by my PCP. I've had neck pain from an injury 3 months ago. Xrays looked fine so they sent me on my way with a sterroid Rx and scheduled a follow up in 3 mon... read more
Wasted my time going here after being referred by my PCP. I've had neck pain from an injury 3 months ago. Xrays looked fine so they sent me on my way and a follow up in 3 months with a possible MRI order if I wasnt feeling better. A few days later I was in such severe pain I couldn't move. I called at 8am this morning and left a voicemail. I kept following up throughout the day and was just told the Dr has "no way to order an MRI and no diagnosis code to enter".
