Terrible. This hotel is dingy and very dated. The toiletries were gross, lighting was barely there. They placed us in a basement room. The sheets felt gross, the bed uncomfortable, didn’t even have a comforter. No proper breakfast nor coffee available when we stayed. The bathtub wouldn’t drain. Overpriced for what it is. Only reason to stay here is if you’re touring Hotchkiss
Great place to enjoy northern Connecticut and southern MA. No problems with anything during our 2 night stay.
Gorgeous area. Very good service landscaping and amenities. Rooms could use a little updating. Great location. Very close to the lakes, town, and private school.
Interlaken Inn is a wonderful venue for a wedding! I was recently married there and experienced a seamless and beautiful event. Susan, the wedding coordinator, went above and beyond in helping us craft the event of our dreams, as well as ushering us through, what can often be, a highly stressful time! During the wedding itself, Susan anticipated all of our needs and questions and was outstanding in coordinating all the different players, as well as supporting our guests.
