Used to be nice, but now it only looks good. Structurally, the apartments/buildings are falling apart. Extreme mold and lead paint underneath. Pipes are rusty and fragile. Basements disgusting (mice, spider crickets, gas leaks, etc.) They are always locked and won't even allow professionals hired by the tenants to test the basement! They must have paid someone off for initial testing. Buildings are not up to code (check w/the Town of Eastchester).
