Worst experience with booking appointments. They cancelled our appointment that's been scheduled a month ago and asked us to pick one after a month again with illogical reasons. And even that call experience was not pleasant at all. Had a good experience with doctors earlier though, but the reception was so rude.
Dr. Shobana Mitra is a good person and is very cordial when we're able to reach her. But her Assistant is the rudest medical professional I've seen in my life. She is outright insulting and ready to fight battles instead of understanding the patient ask.
I have been a patient for 33 years. Since going on Medicare the service has been dismal. I did a regular annual test suggested by Medicare, and Dr Leou ordered a blood test. Quest sends me a bill for $230. Quest and Medicare say it is a coding issue and Interlake just needs to recode and send! I have been at it for 4+ months. And it can’t be hard to recode (as even Medicare suggests)!!
