They have no respect for your time. You're always kept waiting in the main lobby for a long time, only to be moved to a second waiting room. To make matters worse, the reception staff is rude.
Very difficult to get hold of front desk services for appointment booking. Dr Srobona Mitra tries to mint money for physicals by calling with the results and hardly spends 2 mins. Hard to talk to billing department for any questions. Always it goes to voice mail and they don’t have a courtesy to call back. Strongly recommend to avoid this hospital
Doctors are never reachable and do not provide life-saving prescriptions on time. No interphase for the doctors (no email, phone disconnected) other than in person visit. Doctors provide handwritten prescriptions to pharmacy that gets rejected due to state laws. Patient has to mediate between doctor and pharmacy forever to get medicines. I do not recommend going here. You should be very careful with this doctor Srobona Mitra. If you have options just avoid this doctor. I told her very clearly that I want only preventive checkups and do the tests which are covered for free under the insurance. She said yes I will do like that and then she went ahead and did random things scheduled follow up calls (hardly 1 min to say everything is fine) and then later charged me with 118.35 and 40 dollars. it's been almost 6 months inwent to her and I'm still getting bills and calls related to that visit. ... read more
