You should be very careful with this doctor Srobona Mitra. If you have options just avoid this doctor. I told her very clearly that I want only preventive checkups and do the tests which are covered for free under the insurance. She said yes I will do like that and then she went ahead and did random things scheduled follow up calls (hardly 1 min to say everything is fine) and then later charged me with 118.35 and 40 dollars. it's been almost 6 months inwent to her and I'm still getting bills and calls related to that visit. ... read more
Very rudely behave and argent response
Before around 8:30am when this Medical Center just opened time, and it used to could NOT make an appointment right away or will get into answer machine system. But today May/8, I’ve made an appointment within 1 minutes around 8:30am time with receptionist Peter. And it is surprising me and I really enjoy this efficient response for make the appointment, thanks.
Mukta was professional and very understanding. She gave me a shot and I didn’t even feel it, highly recommend going to her. Thank you for your empathy and services.
