Terrible management. Overpriced apartments. Armin accused me of pulling a fire alarm. Don't live here unless you like being treated like a ten year old. Also, the place is haunted.
Excellent location and nicely updated apartments. The underground parking is handy, especially in the winter. Rent is reasonable for what you receive.
I am not a resident let me make that clear but what I am is a person who walks by every single day and all I see is garbage I've never seen a caretaker I've never seen a maintenance Tech I have looked at the same pile of garbage in the driveway day in and day out. The parking lots are always covered in trash the same junk van that has been sitting there For months.Now I do understand that you are doing renovations but part of that is also curb appeal and what you have right now is none of that.
