Tessa Clark is a wonderful Property Manager (CAM) and I'm glad she is the person who has made Merrrill Pines Condos a pleasent place to live. The changes she has made while being the property manager has been remarkable and has brought our community closer together and enjoyable. And IPS has made a fantastic decision when it comes to property maintenance
