Interior Specialists (ISI) was acquired by Interior Logic Group (ILG) years ago. I don't think this location exists anymore, if it does, it is not open the the public. The phone number listed is not correct, it is for one random employee of ILG, who cannot help you, do not waste your time calling. Google should really get rid of this listing
Missed appointment to install carpet due to unforeseen issues But made everything right.
I would not give even one start if I could. Not only they are not accommodating with customers schedules, but make you wait months before weekend appointment. But it seems they do not care to provide good customer services, as they get a contract with the builder and homeowners have no choice but to go through these people. Had a shower installed in a new home in 2016. Still cannot use due to poor installation. Tiles are sticking up (very sharp points) causing injury. They want to lay the new tiles over the poorly installed old tiles, instead of a redo (lazy and unprofessional). I don't think their corporate office knows they are putting out this type of workmanship. I strongly advise not to use this company. They haven't shown any concern or customer care.
