I am a general contractor and purchase blinds from Joe and have quite the mess on my hands. The head rails are the wrong finish on 2 out of 3 blinds. The dimensions are wrong because he deducted from measurements of the existing blinds which I told him not to do And now they want to do nothing about it. Looks like we'll be going to small claims court. December 2025.
I've been in this industry for almost 40 years. The staff and the owner are excellent!. Always always very helpful to correct issues. The knowledge is unmatched. He sets the standard very high top shelf and then he exceeds it every time
