I worked here for 9 years. There was always turmoil. At some point I loved my job, but change was always around the corner.
THE worst company. Bought a house from Pulte, upgraded to wood floors. ILG installed the flooring. Before a year hit, noticed all these cracks, unnecessary use of nails, lifting and huge gaps. No one will fix it even though the representative that came to inspect it said that it’s NOT normal. No responsibility for poor craftsmanship. But I guess it’s Pulte and ILGs fault for being cheap.
Bought a new build from Pulte. IGL did the flooring. Before a year cracks started to appear, splinters were found, even nailed flooring when there should be no nails. Lifting, not leveled. Absolutely terrible craftsmanship and no one wants to take responsibility for it.
