They deserve 0 Stars.. it happened multiple times now that i came in for an appointment with my son for his shots or Lift my Lip and they don‘t have us booked in even though we have a little appointment card. We have to drive 45 minutes to get to town so it is really frustrating when you get there and they can‘t take you on. I understand that it can happen but it happened 3 out of 5 times now and that is a little too often in my opinion.
