My fiance and i purchased a sectional from IFR last night for our new house. Honestly, I never write reviews online but felt compelled to since we had such a great experience. We had been to all of the local furniture stores and quickly learned that commissioned sales reps can be a pain. We also learned that customizations are extremely limited and usually not worth our while. Luckily, we had the help of a true interior decorator, Shantel. After someone who I talked to on the phone the day before telling me how late they were open and had exactly what I needed, I drove here only to find out that the warehouse is closed and whoever is answering the phone has no idea what they were talking about or how the operation is run. Very disappointed. Sales people made no attempt to correct situation or inform me when I could come back.
