The so-called ‘installer’/ manager (says he) is a master manipulator and groomer who treats others like pawns, and the office staff, Kim, can’t seem to keep their boundaries where they belong. We could not be more pleased with the floor and wall ceramic tile, LVT and sheet vinyl installations by IFS. I highly recommend this local, family run business! Their customer service is outstanding.
I just called this biz on 6 10 20 they refused to let me in the store to look at tile quoted they had at risk people working at the store RE the virus! This was after I offered to wear a face mask! NOT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!
