Company sold defective shingles (2021 batch ) With a (2024 batch). We did not realize this until a we had already started. Company will not pay for the install of 39 shingles and takeoff of said. When asked why the customer should have to pay to have his roof install twice i was told “ I don’t know “ … stay far from a business that will not stand behind there people , product, or service ….
