Terrible business!! I would not recommend them to anyone! Charged me $4,800 in “design time” to just LOOK UP furniture for the space which was a 2 bedroom condo, that’s only 1350sq ft!!! When I got the bill I was shocked!! How could they of spent that much time LOOKING FOR furniture items to present to me!!! they never told me I went over my retainer which is $2,000 but sent me a 5k bill????? terrible communication and customer service!!!
