I had a great experience. They had 4 overnight parking spaces for trucks. My appointment was at 8am. I got the dock at 7:30am and was out by 8:30am. Everyone was very polite.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They refuse to take any plastic or dunnage that comes with the load. If you refuse to take it, they will make you sit for hours before they unload you even if you’re the only person there. They also were extremely rude to my boyfriend and got upset when he slightly overslept because he had been running hard all week. The forklift driver has a mouth on him. Definitely do NOT recommend this place to truck drivers. They will be very disrespectful to you, it’s disgusting behavior.
Poor customer service, poor management. Will not buy from here again.
