Jessica, we are in the same situation with IDC.
Do not contact or work with this company!!! Subcontractors and homeowners beware they won’t pay you and will take your money and not deliver your product. It’s business like this that gives the trades a bad name. Really poor money management and lies from the so called owner!
We hired IDC in August, with a down payment of half down. The work we asked for was not started for weeks and mediocre at best. Then, they were suppose to start the 2/3 project for us. Again, weeks went by after multiple phone calls, emails, text messages to setup a time. They lack of communication is beyond frustrating and worrisome. An amazing group of experienced professionals!
We walked in with design plans and cabinet style, and they told us they will charge us $400 just to give us a quote and IF we decide to use them, they will use it towards installation or the cabinet price.
