The “performance” velvet was not cat proof after all. Build and delivery was 9 weeks wait.
A wonderful experience working with Brandon at the Hayes St. store in SF! He was so helpful in helping us choose our new chairs, what color, the whole creation process, and what was best for us delivery-wise. He was charming and personable. We ended up staying at the store for over 1.5 hours because we got to talking to another customer. He just let us gab on...! Really great experience! Can't wait to get my chairs.

Update 2/25/25: I've since had a couple of instances of staining my sofa. I can report with only water, a sponge, and a little OxiClean, I was able to get rid of chocolate stains. I'm still so happy with my sofa! A couple of months ago, I purchased a sofa, and I couldn't be happier. The quality is evident and it's so comfortable! Andrea, the salesperson, was amazing.
