Brandon was so helpful when choosing the fabric for my sofa. I also appreciated the time he took exposing the different cushions and fabrics to me. Having a cool and mellow shop dog, Max, was also a great plus!
It has been 18 weeks since I placed an order for a couch. I receive lots of automated emails saying the product is on its way, but have not been able to get in touch with a human (the chatbot on the website gets stuck in an infinite loop, and the customer service phone number is a recorded message saying to go the website). BEWARE- Poor Quality Expensive Sofas and horrible after sales!!! This place is a SCAM. They almost Harris you once your order is place. There is no way to reach them or be able to track your order. Half my order got delivered and the other half is god knows where... no one to reach out to. The Quality is poor. It's not the same as the store... the two parts of a couch have different filling. One is soft the other one is hard. And they are expensive... you can get a better quality product at 1/4th the price NO ONE EVER PICKS ... read more
Unfortunately had a negative experience at this location on 9/1 - we scheduled an appt over a week before to ensure we would have the help of an expert with designing our new sofa. We were booked with Andrea for 1pm. We arrived 5 minutes early and were not greeted at all- the two sales associates working were busy with customers which is fine as we were early!
