We just recently purchased a couch and two accent chairs, and couldn't be more thrilled with both the products and our entire experience. Kagen was the designer who helped us , patiently pulling fabric samples as I was all over the board on what I was looking for, and helping to guide us as to color combos that would work best. I had an idea of what I wanted when I went to the store in Philly. Laurel listened to me and offered to show me different pieces based on what I was looking for. I am so happy I agreed to her suggestion. I was indecisive and kept going back and forth about a couple of things. Changing my review as I had much different experience more recently. Staff was helpful and nice. They followed up with me. I ended up ordering a sofa, which hasn't arrived yet. Old review - Haven’t bought yet. Nice sofas style wise at decent price. Snooty and unfriendly female staff made me feel like I was in high school and not good enough for her click (even though I came with a strong interest to purchase, well dressed, asking questions.) Beware this awful company!! They struggle to deliver orders, punting for months with more and more promises. They refuse to refund or cancel orders - look on Reddit how many people talking about being stolen from. Regret having ever visited this place and fallen into their scam.
