Poor to no service. I ordered a standard fabric , standard cushion Rose loveseat in May. Their delivery estimates by 10/16 . They can never talk to you . You must send messages by chat which is useless. I am disgusted and will not purchase another item ever again.
Had a wonderful experience testing out our future couch at the Philly Interior Define location! Laurel was so kind and helpful in assisting us. Highly recommend a visit if you're in the market for a custom piece at an affordable price!
I ordered a bench from Interior Define May 22. It stated on their website that delivery would be 6-8 weeks. I just received an email stating that the “new” delivery dates are 10/28-11/12! That would take it to almost 24 weeks! That is absurd. Do not order furniture from this company. They are unreliable and no one answers the phone at their shop in Philly.
Laurel has been incredibly helpful as we dialed in a couple of new pieces of furniture for our living room, taking the time to walk us through customization options and show us photos of fabric options on finished pieces in previous projects. We will definitely work with her again, and I'd recommend asking for her if you're exploring options at Interior Define.
We ordered a custom Dorian corner bench from Interior Define in February 2026 for our new kitchen addition. The showroom experience was great, and Jenee was fantastic to work with, so we felt confident spending over $2,000. Unfortunately, everything after the purchase has been extremely disappointing.
