We purchased a sofa sectional from Interior Define last year, and received it on Dec 31, 2024. It hadn’t even been 6 months, and the sofa is badly sun faded. (We’ve been in this house for almost 30 years, and had two different leather sofas in the same spot that never faded over all those years. Plus, we live in Seattle…). I wish I could leave a review for the couch online. I bought the 2-seater Oslo in Sage. Production and shipping does take a long time. I received the couch 3 months less a day from purchase. I worked over the phone with the Seattle office. Everyone I worked with from start (had a lot of questions bc this is the most expensive piece of furniture I have ever bought) through delivery was professional, patient, and kind. Brynn was friendly and knowledgeable of the products. She helped us with choosing colors and the overall design of our space. The mimosas were great too!
