I placed my order back in November. The last email update about my order I received in December. Right now it’s the end of March and I still have not received my furniture. Very frustrating experience especially considering the amount of money paid.
I had an amazing experience with Alyssa. Got to go to the showroom and make extra sure of what I wanted, playing around with fabrics and dimensions. Alyssa was patient and thoughtful and transparent about recommendations. Looking forward to getting my new couch! Edit: unfortunately, I never received my couch and staff have quit. I enjoyed picking out my sofa with Brittany. I was surprised I picked a fabric and color different from the sample swatches I had ordered. She helped me decide which sofa, I needed one that was a little higher than what I had originally picked.
I am revising my prior review based on learning that while 2 of my 4 stools are now broken, they honor a 10 year frame warranty. The below customer service review remains accurate and it’s unfortunate my stools broke in under a year, but if they will fix them that is fair. We have loved our items and in store experience, but on our third big purchase (and waiting 3 months for arrival) we received one of four barstools damaged and unusable. Wow! What great service. Sent by a friend, I looked into Interior Define for a new ottoman. I found a couple of ottomans I liked and some material samples…and I was stuck on what to order. I reached out to Brittany who helped me pick out the right fabric and then using their program she showed me how each of the ottomans would look in our living room. That made the decision so easy. She was a delight to work with and I cannot wait for our ottoman.
