Alyssa made the entire process of choosing our sectional so easy! She was very knowledgeable about all the different styles, configurations, arm options, fabrics, legs and cushions which was very helpful. We look forward to getting our new furniture!
Incredible customer service here at this location. The staff was friendly and provided guidance through the design process from furniture selection through to color coordination.
Ordered the Hayes sectional and it is INSANELY comfortable…my 3 teenage boys love it so much! (It does need to be fluffed periodically since it is all down-but well worth it!!) The customer service was above and beyond. The GM, Katie Parnell, at our local store here in Charlotte could not have been more helpful in troubleshooting an issue that we had. So grateful for the human touch and thoughtfulness!!! Highly recommend both the product and its employees!!!
