We purchased a sofa and two chairs in August with a guaranteed delivery before Thanksgiving. I understand that delays happen, so I remained patient when that deadline passed without a word. However, after finally scheduling a delivery for December 23rd—just in time for Christmas—they sent a cancellation email only 24 hours before the arrival date.
