Ordered the Hayes sectional and it is INSANELY comfortable…my 3 teenage boys love it so much! (It does need to be fluffed periodically since it is all down-but well worth it!!) The customer service was above and beyond. The GM, Katie Parnell, at our local store here in Charlotte could not have been more helpful in troubleshooting an issue that we had. So grateful for the human touch and thoughtfulness!!! Highly recommend both the product and its employees!!!
Great help and knowledge working with multiple pieces of furniture, as well as with fabrics and colors, mixing/matching them effectively.
We had a great appointment at this location! Vaughn was so knowledgeable about the products and conscientious about what we were looking for. With his help, we decided on the couch we're ordering and are super excited about it. We couldn't have asked for more!
Customer service was great. Alyssa helped me find a couch I love. She was knowledgeable, personable, creative, and fun to work with. I really enjoyed the process of picking out a couch at this store. I also took advantage of a sale, which I was happy about. It’s a custom couch and they will build it and ship it to my home, so I haven’t seen the final product yet. But the sofas in the showroom were stylish and nice quality.
Vaughan was so knowledgeable, helpful and prepared for the appointment. The whole experience was great.
