The company gets four and an half stars. My specific customer service person gets five. Interior Define truly went above and beyond to resolve my customer service issue. I was able to make and grow an entire baby quicker than they could delivery furniture with an 8-12 week lead time. Charlotte staff was super friendly and nice.
I scheduled an appointment online and then the sales rep emailed me to cancel it. I called the day of my previously scheduled appointment and they said I could go in as a walk in. I did and there was nobody else in the store. But, they acted like they were too busy to help me and rushed me out. The sales rep said that she would send me a quote the next day but never did. Very disappointing experience with awful customer service.
Really wish I read the reviews here before ordering. I ordered a bed over 4 months ago with an original timeline of 2 months. I have followed up repeatedly - zero communication, zero response other than linking the order page which pushes my estimated delivery out a week every single week. Unreal to spend so much money up front and have no idea if I’ll ever get my bed.
