These people started out with such a great product, I ordered a sofa and paid in full for it. The company sold and the new owners paid out all the money available to their executives and did not fill their orders. I received letters saying they were reorganizing and would receive a refund for my 1600.00. All I have ever received is a pamphlet advertising their products. This is a scam/sham co. Do not send them your money!
BEWARE! If I could give 0 stars I could. I'm an architect in the design profession and this company essentially scammed myself and clients; after the purchase of a couch, the company went under and encouraged everyone to fill out "claims" in order to get their refunds. Not only was the company conveniently bought out by a sister company, but they refused to honor any claims from purchases made prior to the buyout. and they continue to advertise heavily and sell product! We ordered/paid for four chairs in June 2022. They were to be delivered by Thanksgiving 2022. We never received them, and we continue to get order status updates that are vague and offer little help. This was a very disappointing experience. It feels like they are hoping folks will give up hope, and “pursue recovery” that way the company does not have to fulfill their orders.
I ordered my couch April of 2022 and yes, it took 9 months to get here, the original company went under, and there are probably people whose orders didn’t get manufactured by the previous owners and therefore won’t receive their product. If I were rating that version of the company that folded, I would give 1 star. That being said, I just received my sectional, and it is AWESOME.
