PLEASE do not purchase a product from this store. I paid in full for a sectional on June 20, 2022 and still have not received it. The in-store sales personnel are excellent con-artists as I'm sure they are fully aware that customers were not receiving their products as promised. They have been nothing but inept at communication and presently do not have answers for any consumers who made purchases prior to Dec. 29, 2022. I drove 40 minutes for this appointment and no one was there. There is no way to contact the store directly or the person you are supposed to meet with.
Looks beautiful online but would not recommend this company. We ordered a sofa, paid in full in April 2022 and delivery has been delayed multiple times. It's been impossible to get ahold of their customer service and we're starting to think we were scammed. If they truly had supply chain issues they would not be accepting new orders but they continue to do this. Would not recommend!
Complete scam of a company, do not give them a dime. We ordered months ago, and are just now being told they may not fulfill our order at all. All their phone lines are down, as is their website support. At this point the only recourse is a bank chargeback
