I cannot say enough great things about Interior Concepts flooring. Gary is great, and is a pleasure to do business with. If I ever have to wait to schedule flooring replacement or repairs (which is not very often) for my community, it might be just an extra day or two max. His guys get the flooring done in a timely manner, and Victor is AWESOME! He can fix a vinyl patch like brand new! I truly enjoy doing business with Interior Concepts, and recommend them to everyone I come across in property management.
This company was the lowest price and it's obvious why. The installation crew took until after 9:30 PM to finish the job. They broke a floor tile, left carpet glue all over the floor, walls, porch, porch rails, and doorknobs. I had to paint after they were done to cover the carpet glue and wall damage. Every time I turn around I find more carpet glue on something that should not have been involved with the install. Terrible terrible service to say the least, this company doesn't deserve that 1 star, very unprofessional, the guy couldn't communicate, he was very very rude and totally disrespectful he left trash on the ground. Ok let me stop.please don't do business with this company
