This place is the most corrupt place. It was full of catty, drama counselors and they took advantage of me as a client.
These people hire THEIR OWN FAMILY MEMBERS that should tell you the quality that is provided! It's not what ya know, BUT WHO YOU KNOW ...
If I was in the market, it certainly wouldn't be Interim...they let one resident terrorize others with litigation abuse for over two years...very incompetent..
Toxic work environment, HR doesnt follow through and will gaslight employees, FT employees are forced to work 40 hours or risk being fired (even if you choose non-pay), majority of the clients that are housed are white and are affiliated with the board members and county employees. Sad part is, Interim is Monterey Countys fav agency and they get all the money compared to other local non-profits.
