We had a physical therapist named Dick Graham visit my mother's home, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. He spent most of the time sitting and typing on his laptop, doing very little to assist. Not only did he fail to provide any printed documents that my mother had to sign, but the information he included in his report was also inaccurate. You need to check up on your aides better most of them just sit around at there clients houses if they don't want to do anything to help the client why even come to there house. Very disrespectful if you ask me
