Based on our experience with this home health agency, we were disappointed by the inconsistency and lack of accountability. While a few aides were excellent, most of our interactions involved high turnover, inconsistent preparation, and poor communication. Serious safety incidents occurred, and our concerns were not meaningfully addressed by either the local office (Kinston, NC) or their parent company.
