Update: turns out the rude old guy was the owner lol what a way to run a business. The woman from PCA that referred me to this place informed me she will not be referring anyone else there again. Tried to go in for an orientation and an old guy that works there asked me why I didn’t have scrubs. I said because I’m not a nurse, and I’m just doing homemaking for my own father. Horrible Company. Terrible Staff
Do not use this “Health Care” service unless you want to feel abused, especially if you are a senior or seeking services for a senior! I tried their services. The worker, who was scheduled to come once every week, usually came only two or three times a month. Interim called right beforehand (after you had already made plans) to say she was not coming in.
