I pay the bills for a person who has been receiving services from Interim Healthcare in Gaithersburg for the past several months. Their billing office is incompetent. Their staff does not return calls or messages. I have not received ONE SINGLE INVOICE from this office. I have begged to be billed for services rendered but have received no responses. My review is a question about why would a company that gets paid from Medicare and Medicad insurance NH for rehabilition services and occupational need and elderly persons deed for house 3 years checking accounts and banking,will's and a death certificate for husband that passed in a way. They are not in a nursing home or can family members get them to sign away rights. I am concerned for the elderly people. So much wanted people to know this company asking people these questions.
