We had an excellent experience with Interim for the final few weeks of my dad's life. All the staff we encountered were caring and professional and treated my dad with dignity. I would NOT recommend this organization for anyone who loves their family members! This company left my 92 year old friend in filth. Unbathed, unkept, her living space with a garbage filled with urine soaked diapers that permeated the air with the toxic smell of ammonia. All for the mere cost of $500. My friend's son and I reported this to Deanna at Interim of Wausau and she said she would have someone over the next day to clean and care for my elderly friend.
