Billy is amazing to work with!
I highly recommend Interim Healthcare (Pearland, TX). We utilized their Nursing and Occupational Therapy services and have been over the moon with the interest and care we’ve received. All caregivers have been very attentive and non-dismissive with any request. This is a team that seems to truely care about their patients.
Horrible! Have been trying to get physical therapy for my 93 year old father for over a month now. Nurse has to come in to evaluate, then therapist to evaluate appointment booked then personal issues rebooked and then no-show. Having to chase down, won’t return phone calls in a timely manner. Nurse never put in orders for wound care so we are having to pay out of pocket for supplies. Just a hot mess! Interim took amazing care of my aunt. The nurses and therapists were not only skilled but also kind and respectful. They made the whole process feel less overwhelming and were always there when we had questions. I’m really grateful for the care they gave her and highly recommend them to anyone needing home health services.
